We want to assure our valuable authors that the electronic version of our journal, under the headship of HPI, will not charge any subscription or pay-per-view fees to access published articles. HPI will not receive any financial benefits from subscriptions or pay-per-view, and our only source of funding is the fee we receive from our esteemed authors. After acceptance of an article, authors must pay the suggested manuscript handling fee set by the Governing Body. We want to clarify that an author’s ability to pay the charges does not affect the publication of their article in the Journal of Experimental Biology and Agricultural Sciences, and acceptance to pay the handling fee does not guarantee publication.

Waiver Policy
We always try to provide a suitable platform to our esteemed authors particularly from developing countries to share their experimental findings with the international scientific community and APC should not become a barrier in this effort. To minimize this publication barrier JEBAS always offer a suitable waiver to authors on first come first serve basis. The decision of this waiver depends on several factors viz country (low income or high-income group), manuscript length, numbers of figures and tables, rounds of revision etc. The author can request in advance to the editorial office if they need waive in manuscript handling fee under special circumstances.
1. Upon application, corresponding authors from High-income Countries may be granted up to 15% waiver.
2. Upon application, corresponding authors from Upper-middle-income Countries may be granted up to 15% waiver.
3. Upon application, corresponding authors from Low-middle-income Countries may be granted up to 20% waiver.
4. Upon application, corresponding authors from Low-income Countries may be granted up to 20% waiver.
